ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday -Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will typically be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders received after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will be processed the following Monday.

Order cut- off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verifications, unforeseeable event, and holidays.

 

SHIPPING

All online coffee orders are shipped every Monday and Friday of the week.  Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be shipped by Monday and orders placed on Tuesday through Thursday will shipped by Friday.  

Shipping rate is charged based on the rates set by our third-party carriers and orders above $40 will be shipped for free (U.S. only).  We currently do not ship outside the U.S. 

 

RETURNS

 Whole Bean Coffee - Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. But don't worry—we're here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at info@balrogcoffee.com within 10 days of your purchase. If you were dissatisfied with your coffee, we will do our best to work something out for you.

Everything Else - If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, you can return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged with all packaging contents.
